1. Purpose of the Assessment

The R.E.A.L. Success Assessment™ is a self-awareness and reflection tool created by Michele Ho Lung and MHL Consult Inc.

It is designed to help you reflect on your current relationship with four areas of self-leadership:

Your results are based on your self-reported answers at a specific point in time. They are intended as a snapshot for reflection, not as a fixed identity or permanent label.

2. Not Professional Advice

The R.E.A.L. Success Assessment™ is not medical, mental health, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, business, or other professional advice.

It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, professional assessment, or substitute for appropriate care from qualified professionals.

Please consult your medical, mental health, legal, financial, business, or other qualified professionals as needed.

3. No Guarantees

Your assessment results, report, reflections, suggested next steps, or related materials do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, transformation, business result, health result, emotional result, financial result, or life change.

Your choices, actions, circumstances, readiness, support systems, and many other factors may influence your results and experiences.

4. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for how you interpret and use your assessment results.

You agree not to rely on the R.E.A.L. Success Assessment™ as your only source of guidance for decisions involving health, safety, legal matters, finances, business, relationships, employment, or other important life choices.

5. Intellectual Property

The R.E.A.L. Success Assessment™, including its name, framework, questions, scoring structure, reports, language, graphics, images, cards, written content, downloadable materials, and related resources, is the intellectual property of Michele Ho Lung and/or MHL Consult Inc., unless otherwise stated.

You may use your personal report for your own reflection and personal development.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, teach, train from, create derivative works from, or use the assessment content, framework, questions, scoring, reports, images, or materials to create a competing product, service, training, assessment, coaching tool, or commercial offering without prior written permission.

6. Respectful Use

You agree to use the assessment respectfully and honestly.

You may not attempt to interfere with the assessment, misuse the website, copy the tool, harvest information, reverse-engineer the scoring, or use the assessment in a way that violates applicable laws or harms MHL Consult Inc., Michele Ho Lung, or other users.

7. Third-Party Tools and Links

The assessment may use or link to third-party platforms, such as website hosting, email delivery, database, scheduling, payment, analytics, or communication tools.

MHL Consult Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, performance, or policies of third-party websites or services.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the assessment after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
